Benelli M1 Super 90 Oversized Safety

I am interested in adding an oversized safety button to my Benelli M1S90.

The Dave's Metal Works safety looks good, but I figure it's a good idea to ask if there are better options before I buy.

Dave's if you like a dome, TTI if you like the original triangle shape, but just want larger. Either are good.
