Check out his yelp page here http://m.yelp.com/biz/backstreets-pub-and-grill-clemson.

My wife says he took down his facebook page and closed up today but i cant confirm. Pretty ridiculous.

Glad he feels that way. Well see how tough he is when the " RETAIL SPACE FOR RENT" sign goes up next to this one.

Going by the sign, open carry appears to be acceptable.

I think Hypocrisy (http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/03/18/see-the-offensive-sign-posted-by-s-c-pub-that-has-resulted-in-some-ticked-off-gun-owners/) should be the eighth Deadly Sin.

Pete, who describes himself as a “conservative Democrat,” claims he has been a concealed carry permit holder since 2001, but guns don’t belong in public in a college town.

He explained why he feels that way: “There are cops everywhere. Cameras everywhere. Guns have no place here in a college town.”

Meanwhile, he has had to take the phone at the pub off the hook because of the national outrag

Maybe Obama has found a new guy for his Surgeon General Pick...

We should lay off the guy. He's a "conservative Democrat", so I'm sure he supports our right to hunt

I love how these people "Just want a place to eat in peace without the worry of guns"...when they interact with hundreds of people each day who are carrying and never know it. Do they somehow think there is this magic bubble around them everywhere they go except for the one place the posts a sign prohibiting firearms? I haven't noticed a rash of random acts of violence at Pub & Grills without these signs. What a bunch of Morans...

I haven't done it yet but one of these days I wanna post something on Facebook along the lines of...

"Did anyone hear about the guy with a gun at :establishment:?"

"Neither did I."

I hope that this has a effect on business there but I doubt it will. Probably still enough Clemson students coming in to make a profit. I'm sure this bar will become a super safe haven for liberal students.
Clemson is right down the road from me... I don't hang out there ever. No desire to chase college girls 10+ years younger than me (well, not "no" desire, just very little, lol).

And that's a "conservative Democrat" speaking.

He's a massive hypocrite.

As a Tiger alumnus, this irks me to no end. I wish I could jump in the DeLorean, go back 20 years (holy kitten I'm old now!) and buy beers with my fake ID over at TigerTown Tavern instead.

What a bunch of D-bags.

Then the line to the confession booth will never end.

I'd be bitter and touchy if I was in the ACC, too.

On the flip side, I can't think of any ACC teams that had a missed field goal returned by the other team for the game-winning touchdown.

and then again, you would be touchy if you compared total national football championships...
