I couldn't even read the article. I saw the five stars Supreme Allied Commander insignias all over his uniform, and thought I was staring at some Bolivian Army general.

Having spent a fair bit of time in Detroit, I think the distinction between the two is probably pretty subtle.

And likely has fewer abandoned building, and better economic development. But we could continue down that path for a long time.
