Chart purports to show that the companies in the R-200 index have reduced workforce by 50% while increasing stock value by 137% since the start of the stimulus, prior to which time the two measures (employees and stock value) were well (positively) correlated.

My interpretation of the linked site, not my opinion..

Sounds about right to me. Meaning the people who created the problem got most of the money to "solve" the problem by firing everyone who might know anything about the shenanigans that got us here/there in the first place - lol!
