So, I read that Vickers has students do several remedial dryfires if they miss a target. I've been wanting to incorporate that into my practice.

Today I shot a drill and yanked the trigger like I was snatching an elephant out of quicksand. So hard I was completely off target.

Dryfire time: first snap I hoiked the trigger and the sights ended up looking at the previous hole.

Curious. Again. Same thing. WTF?

I go to my zen spot(where my power animal is) and run it again.

Third time was not the charm, but it was better.Fourth was betterer. Five through ten were normal dry snaps, no sight movement at all.

Glock 19 with @5lb rolling letoff.

Drill was SHO presented from SUL at 10 yds X 1 shot on a 6" circle.

Anyone ever experienced this?
