Anyone have one of these? It's a relatively new product, looks promising though.

Context? If you mean horizontal holders are new, law enforcement have been using them for ages. I've seen them all over Ohio for at least 10 years. Or...do you mean that a particular type of horizontal mag pouch is new? If so, link?

Watched a video of the product on the website. Personally, that would slow my reload down too much between excessive movement and change in grip of mag position. If it works for you, props to you, I'm all for different techniques being debated, that's how the industry grows. Horizontal mags are nothing new, though.

Yes, I have seen quite a few but none that were easy to take off. I like kytex's mag pouches a lot but they are to low on my belt. I'm still debating if I want to have a vertical or horizontal pouch for edc.

I have pretty good experience on horizontals. They work much better bullets up. It keeps the wrist locked in a better position without having to manipulate the magazine. Safariland used to make a little pouch that wrapped around the belt that worked well for this, especially for single stack 9mm mags.

+1 to this.
While I don't have the one linked by the OP, I have been using a Galco leather horizontal pouch as needed for the last 3-4 years. Bullets up is much easier for me to work with as well.

I have one, or three. Maybe not your brand 'tho. They are clip on and supposedly crafted for cell phones and related gizmos. I got 'em when I was captured by my Bride and forced to visit Dollywood with She and a wonderful Lady, The Momma-In'Law She. Enroute to Dolly from the Interstate,we passed what was touted as the lsrgest, most knowledgable, blade store in the CONUS.
Smokey Mountain...?. I forget the rest of their name. They do have a web site. It might just be worthy your time to have a look/see.

They have the rounds oriented the wrong way. What they are doing is the equivalent of rounds pointing to the rear when carrying vertical/support side.

+1. I've got one and still use it as my preferred carrier when carrying a spare mag. I use a Glock 17 mag usually. A little snug but not a problem so far.

Smoky Mountain Knife Works?
I have a SHTF Horizontal mag pouch. It works well for what it is. Certainly conceals better than a vertical one for me (but not as well as something IWB at about 11 o'clock which is my preference now).
