15,378 rounds to be exact.

Honestly it has so little wear that there is no reason to bust out my light box, and my DSLR. Unlike Sigs few of the parts move against each other. Heck there isn't even much holster wear to note.

Just a couple of areas of wear one still part still concerns me the barrel hood:

Beyond that the only other part with noticeable wear is the forward locking block:

Complete with it's back up duplicate (the one with the stippled back strap is the one that has been shot a lot, yes I even have a back up holster):

Every 7,500 rounds I've been replacing the following spring while doing an in depth cleaning using my ultrasonic cleaner.
Recoil Spring
Trigger Return Spring
Sear Spring
Striker Spring

Every 15,000 rounds I decided to replace the following springs:
Magazine Springs in my Competition magazines.

Anyways some stats (all round counts +/- 1%):
Between the 6 M&P 9mm pistols that I currently have in my possession (I have two sitting at a gunsmith)
I have fired a total of 28,999 rounds

The gun I am talking about here has had 72 loggable range trips and been cleaned 15 times. With the longest it has gone between cleanings is 2,506 rounds.

Nice report!

What kind of breakages have you seen?

Across all my M&Ps, I've only broken an Apex D/C AEK Trigger return spring. But that was one of their earlier ones that didn't completely replicate the geometry of the stock TRS. IIRC the difference was that on the last coil they used a 90 degree turn, while the stock one has a slightly gentler turn. I also noticed that Apex has even has even added the little felt like S&W does.

That breakage was at round count 5,808 on one on M&P 9 Full Size #1. It was during an IDPA match, and the Apex RAM allowed me to manually reset the trigger until I said a "*insert curse word* it!" and pulled out the other gun I had in my bag.

Beyond that I've had no breakages on any of my M&Ps outside of having to replace fiber optic tubes.

How is the accuracy?

4" at 25 yards the last time I tested it. I have no issues hitting a 1/3 size IPSC target at 35 yards which I was shooting until for practice before the match where I broke 15k. And it hasn't held me back at any of the matches I use it for (though I note I use a XDM at Bianchi until Apex completes my Bianchi M&Ps).

Any malfunctions?

I don't log those electronically (I long the round count for MX reasons), so I can't bust out numbers. But off the top of my head, I had zero issues in the last 7,500 rounds until I encountered the bad batch of Freedom Munitions I mentioned in the ammo forum. After that I had a failure to feed which was likely caused by my range magazines (which I've done nothing MX wise to see how long they last they are disgustingly dirty since they had over 15-20k fired through them), in that case the magazines didn't feed anything at all I had no indication of anything wrong until I got a click of an empty chamber. And during the match where I broke 15k I had a premature lock back of the slide not quite sure what caused that. You can see it here (including my reaction which involved a WTF as I did a mag change):
