My buddy has lots of big revolvers and doesn't believe in reloading light for anything. I'd love to learn his load data and get that thing on my chronograph.
First chamber snake load, the rest solids...perfect woods gun...sign me up for one or maybe two.
If you go over to realguns.com, and look under " coming soon," he has an article on this and the new .357 coming up.
I was into 10mm Auto before it sold out and went mainstream, but these days I'm here for the revolver and epidemiology information.
I have to admit this gun interests me as I have some positive experiences with a Taurus 5shot 44 Special from long ago. That gun was really just a swelled up clone of a J frame and rode nicely in a snowmobile bag, etc. Anywhere a rugged simple gun might be needed that required marginal maintenance.
Stolen from the net but this is the older gun I'm referring to. It was a great little "all around" revolver.

With the sentimental attachment aside, I can't help but think something like a swelled up LCR would have been a more interesting version.

Here's the first published review I've found.
Oddly enough, they're using the dovetailed Novak front sight from the Match Champion instead of the standard quick-change Ruger front sight. A little disappointing, but Novak has brass bead and tritium sights to fit the dovetail.
That does it. Im getting one!
Wait. Nevermind. I was gonna anyhow!
