Comp M4, SRS, Comp M2/3/etc...has the time of the full-size RDS come to an end?

Until there is a lower cost, equivalent quality alternative to an Aimpoint, I wouldn't expect any significant price reductions by Aimpoint. I would love to have alternatives, but the lack there of seems a ding on the competition, not Aimpoint.

Everyone wants to set a price In their head, then go looking around, and then complain that they can't get a Corvette on a Chevette budget.

I'd love for Aimpoints to be less expensive too, but until everything else stops shitting the bed at half (and so etmes equal or greater) the price, I'll happily pay the "premium".
