I'm looking for an appendix holster for my Sig P239 in 9mm.
I was thinking of going with a either a Kydex Vedder SideTuck, or the leather Palmetto.
Any pros / cons to either?

If kydex I'd go with JMCK, DSG, Tenicor or Keepers. Nowadays for leather 5Shot or Garrity.
My concern with leather would be if the holster will stay open, or collapse when the gun is drawn. I know some of them are reinforced, but I don't have any experience with that specific holster. I only use kydex anymore, because its always going to be open, and the only real maintenance required is making sure screws are tight.
@sigsag1, I strongly prefer Kydex over leather. I find that leather has a lot of friction on the draw, and the friction changes depending on pressure on the holster and angle of the draw stroke. Leather holsters are significantly thicker. And the sweat issues. Since I use a Mastermind ACP pillow-wedge, any comfort advantage of leather isn't relevant. I doubt I'll ever buy another leather holster.

Nay to both of those holsters.
JMCK
PHLster
Dark Star Gear
Henry Holsters
Tenicor
These are the only ones I would consider. My experiences w vedder holsters has been really negative. Not trying to trash anyone. Just being honest.
If the above makes don’t have a 239 offering, which I doubt; OTG makes some good stuff and they offer the 239.

Kydex, everything that Clusterflack said. JMCK and Black Rhino Concealment are top for me.
