    Post 1011,
I don't know if you've had an FFL place your name against Lipsey's "wish list" ordering method, but it took ~4 months before the FFL called me, telling me it's in.

Apparently, Lipsey's is working down any back-log.

I did buy a .327FedMag back in early Feb. '24, btw, and it's been a great gun, too.

Minor note, my Blade-Tech "Klipt" holster doesn't work with my 432UC. I think that big XS front sight is impeding the UC from holstering.
No big deal as I've got a few other .38Special J-frames to use that Klipt holster.

I've got another AIWB holster to use (if I can find it).

Here's the link to a Klipt-model holster, which won't work:

I'm guessing that means I'll be up fairly soon as my dealer did the same.

Awesome. I’m probably going to make this a thinly veiled excuse to ride down the grade, because, summer. I surely appreciate the heads up: Colton and Uniontown it is.

I lucked into a pair in the last week. Both have bright front sights. Shooting wise the 642 has done just fine at 10 yards and less with the 148 wadcutters. A bit left but that’s probably me. The 632 I shot 18 100gr S&W Longs and 12 Hornady 85 XTPs at 7 yards. It (or more likely I) shot consistently low by about 1.5-2” with both loads. I have ammunition (Lost River) and components incoming so looking forward to more shooting.

Placed an order for a 432 thru my ffl. Let’s see how long I have to wait.

I've haven't bought a J frame NIB in a long time. I have no idea if this is a current or always been that way procedure from S&W: so far two of the UC revolvers I've handled came totally dry. Will check the other two I have access to.

Recommend a few drops of oil where appropriate.
    My apologies to weasels.

It obviously depends on your FFL but for what it’s worth, I got on a wait list on May 1st and it cam in yesterday, so not even a week & 1/2. Honestly expect at least a few weeks so pleasantly surprised in came so soon. Good luck with yours.
