I swapped Wright Armory I-Dot plates on my P30 from RMR to ACRO as befits a full sized pistol. My plan is to get some stuff sold to fund a second P30SK and have that new one set up with the RMR. The P30SK is my daily carry and having a second RDO one will make my eyes happy.

Heavy trs, gray guns short reset.
Trigger is a little under 7lbs and should break in nicely. I found the medium trs was way too light for me, not enough "control" on the trigger but we will see, have a p2000 set up with the medium trs.

I prefer the non spider man grip. I had a buddy trim the pinky extensions so it gives a full grip with very little penalty for concealment. Like the Pearce adapters for the g26.
I really dislike the HK pinky extensions - I should try that.
