Yep, that's Scott Foster. Him and his brother Todd make awesome jacks and saps.
Saw a forum member yesterday who grabbed one of the other jacks in that picture: it was a real beauty. I think it was the one second from the right (i.e. just to the left of the one your boss got), but I could be mistaken.
