Yeah, that math sucks, and the juxtaposition is hilarious, but - the last professional conference I went on was in Vegas. The (nice) gym and (beautiful) pool and hot tub were open from 8:30-4:00. In July. In Vegas. Who the heck wants to go sit in an outdoor hot tub in daylight hours in July in Vegas?
We were in meetings from 8-5. I worked out by running stairs at my normal morning workout time. When the security guy asked me what I was doing, I told him he could go talk to the concierge who told me they couldn’t open the gym for me.
The casino floor and bars were open 24hrs, with no math-impaired hours of operation sign to be seen.
There is a website called cameo where you can get different celebrities to video record ad-libbed messages to yourself or friends for a fee. The fee seems to vary by who they are, as there are many people on the site that I have never heard of. You can give them a name and a bit about them what you want to say and then the celebrity puts a short video together--anywhere from 20 seconds to a few minutes.
One of the celebrities they have available is actor Tom Sizemore, who has had a long troubled history of substance abuse and from this hilarious video, looks like he has gone off the deep end and needs to be sent back to rehab. For $400 you can also get Rudy Giuliani, who in his intro video says "If there is a concern that you would like to discuss or a story you would like to hear . . ." I guess since his legal license is toast, you would not be covered by lawyer/client privilege
