I finally had a chance to handle a P365 with manual safety the other day. I’m fully committed to Glock at this point, but if I had a horrible boating accident I could see starting over with a P365 and a P365XL for most defensive use, both with manual safety. Maybe.

After 2 years, the tritium in the sights that came with the gun is still useable but is also noticeably dimmer. This is a little disappointing, since I like the sights in other respects.

Really digging my P365XL, my first departure from Glock for carry. Only negative is the magazines and mag catch rusting. Hit them with EEZOX and so far so good.
Has a 507k on it and the Boresight Razorback mod as I have big hands. Amazing little package. I got a full Lego kit for it thinking I’d be swapping to shorter frames or slides but the 365XL size has been fine for everything.
I think the Razorback just makes the trigger reach and the flat trigger breaking at 90 work well for my hand and finger size.
Was able to get 5/10 hits on a torso silhouette, freehand at 200yds. Pretty good for a little gun. Will try the 300 next time I’m at that range.
I have not had any problem with 147HST or FMJ.
First outing with the p365 magguts (one +2 for 10rd mag & one +2 for 12 rd mag)
I ran 75 rds of federal 115gr fmj through each mag.
25 rds of federal 124 gr +p hst through each
20 rds of Sierra 115 gr jhp through each
And 25 rds of 147 gr hst through each.
Total rd count 290.
I had 4 failure to feeds on the +2 10rd mag. 3 with 115 federal fmj, 1 with 124gr +p hst.
I had 3 failure to feeds with the +2 12 rd mag. 1 with federal 115 fmj and 2 with 124 +p hst.
The malfunctions happened about half way through the 290 rds shot. They ran flawlessly before that.
It could be a problem with the follower or maybe the spring isn't pushing the next round up soon enough so as to ensure proper cycling? Honestly I have no clue...

The 365 is already pushing the limits of its magazine, and adding after market pieces to get more rounds in seems like a poor risk reward proposition.
Likes pretty much everything in every caliber.
I replaced my front sight with a Night Fision (first time trying them) in red outline. I noticed that the tritium is quite a bit brighter than the factory rear sight.
You can choose other colors and either a #6 or #8 size. Cost me around 50 bucks and allowed me to adjust my POI to my preferred six o'clock hold.
Regards.
