    Copper hollow points

Is there an appreciable benefit to the all copper defensive ammo over standard construction premium JHPs?

I've read, via the manufacturers, about 100% weight retention, and the penetration benefits, but I've not seen any good independent studies.

Are there any LE agencies issuing DPX or the like, instead of standard JHPs?

I don't know who issues them or the benefits, but the Barnes XPB is listed in this test:

Down the road from Quantrill's big raid.
Jeff Chudwin issues his troops DPX.

From personal testing, the DPX bullets get through sheet metal like no other handgun bullet.
