Geeks: RSS?
I've been using a Mac program called Reeder for my RSS needs. Apparently, it in turn used Google Reader which I guess disappeared a few days ago.
Is there a simple & easy alternative that won't require me to learn how the internet works?

CNET says Feedly is your best bet
This Forbes article might help
CNET tells us of five alternatives to Google’s Reader. Seems a reasonable enough list. Of the Chicago Tribune list of alternatives. Three of the five are the same. It’s best to take them for a test drive before finally deciding of course. Some will have features you want, some will have some you don’t.

Yeah, I converted to Feedly. It has a smartphone app too, which is handy on the go.
