Cool vid. I'd like to know if this was an armed individual or a police officer in plain clothes. My limited understanding of Venezuelan gun laws was that they didn't allow for civilian ownership.

I have a coworker who is Venezualan (now naturalized US citizen). We've talked guns some and I believe he said it was possible down there but difficult and extremely expensive.

In most central and south American countries, "la mordida" makes anything and everything legal.
