1. Hopefully all of this info is being kept track of in case Balwin intends to run for public office. But I fear it is as TCVA stated that the standards are different for liberals.

Is calling someone a name a crime worthy of police investigation--like the police have unlimited resources?
According to the definition, I don't see how Baldwin "targetted" anyone. The reporter and the photographer approached him and initiated contact. It would be different if Baldwin donned a white hood and punched out a black person.
Dude, it's New York City. They can get busted for salt shakers and 32oz. styrofoam cups. Who the hell knows what else is a crime there?
