10 years in a basement game

The idea of being locked in a basement with an 18 year old girl would probably have me trying to pay my 10 million just to GTFO after 6 months - *Especially* once she figured out she was stuck there until she was 28! That's one of those 'sounded like a good idea at the time' sort of things if I've ever heard of one...

Sorry, but I'm not going on a 10 year dry spell. If an 18 year old girl is an option, an 18 year old girl is the answer.

Clarifications:
Do you only eat if you pick a kitchen option?
Do you only get to have hygiene if you choose hygiene option? (or is that a "spa luxury" item for the ladies)
Do you get a TV to watch movies or play games on if you combine them with the TV option?

I assumed the answer is 'no' to all of those things. If it's not listed in the original summary of items, then you don't get it. (I didn't make up this game, so I'm just assuming those are the rules)

(16) Internet: Hugely expensive, but with this I can have contact to the outside world. Watch some documentaries about solitary confinement and you'll see why I'm valuing it so much.
(6+4) Computer and video games: With this, I can skype with people, play games, and also have interaction with others through online gaming. I can also take online college courses, which using interlibrary loan will put any book I want at my front doorstep. No need for library
(2) Greenhouse: Gives me a change of scenery, plus food, and a responsibility/project.
(3) Jacuzzi+hygiene products: WAY undervalued in my opinion!
(2) Satellite radio
(2) Skylight: It's all about sunlight and having a nice ambiance.

No food options, as using the computer+internet I can order food to my basement. In my area, most of the Italian restaurants deliver, so that pretty much means any sort meal at any Italian restaurant (I'm not limited to just chinese and pizza like most of you). I can supplement it with my garden.

Kitchen (6) -- kind of a waste because I don't eat fancy crap, but 10 years of fast food only, no thanks.

Movies/Tvshows (4) - all entertainment you could want, minus news/sports
Sat Radio (2) - music, and news/sports - these combined give the same/better benefits as the TV but for one less point.
Workout room (5) - obviously
Greenhouse/garden (2) -- better than just a skylight, for the same price.
Library (4) -- obviously useful. Cheaper than the internet.
medical (2) -- Cheap insurance. 10 years leaves a lot of opportunity to be miserable if you had any issues come up. I have kidneystones occasionaly. Without this i'd probably have another on day 3 of the stay.
Lastly, a tossup --
workshop (6) -- I love to tinker, if it's set up right...

Pet (6) -- some companionship would be huge for keeping sane.
