He's a member of the liberal elite, so of course he's exempt from following the law.

If any one of us got caught with one in DC we'd be insta-felons...

    I believe it's a misdemeanor, not a felony.

    ...But I get your point.

I didn't see the video. From the still I can't tell if the follower is in the body or not. If it's just a mag body, is that verboten in DC? I should know living so close, but I avoid DC at all costs.

I was lead to believe it's a felony for the gun and for each round of ammunition.

In the name of destroying our constitution, they are exempt under the 1st and 4th amendments according to liberals, right? He didn't know that the magazine was in his hand, the producer told him to hold it and the teleprompter told him to read it, he didn't actually write that piece...maybe he was entrapped. Damn, these laws are so complicated

Laws are for the little people, who must be kept in line and cannot be trusted to be guided by their finer feelings.

I can explain it to you. I can’t understand it for you.

In case you want to see how LaPierre stood up against David Gregory.

This is a 23 minute auto start video:

BaiHu, the link to ruger's website did not have a video. Did anyone else have this problem or is it because I'm on my phone? Also, typically felonies are crimes that carry a jail sentence longer than a year. So, just reading the cited language of the statute this seems to be a misdemeanor. However, I did not do any research beyond reading the article which qualifies me to work at most large news outlets.

Ironic, they want to create even more laws but yet can't obey the current law. Hypocrites.
