Thumb safety way too stiff, which he cleaned up.
Factory-supplied BUIS shot way low for him. Different rear sight installed.
Lock-back issues, he suspects a problem with the slide stop/release.
Optic mounting plate screws kept working loose.
A few other minor things that are mostly personal preference.

Thanks. I'm sorry to hear of any issues. Pre-pandemic/Colt-CZ merger DW was the most solid option in factory guns.

The lock-back issues went away after the first 100 rounds or so and a field strip cleaning.
