But I’d be looking at something built for accuracy and I’d buy an upper from White Oak Precision.

This leads me to think that you're looking for a precision rig, not a general purpose AR?

If I'm wrong, and the latter is the case, the Colt 6960 is what I’d buy.

If I'm correct, and you're looking for a precision rig, I'm less of a good source on that these days, but I'd be looking at something like this

Precision rig reliable ... A Barbeque AR... like a 1911 that looks good and is accurate that you like shooting and looking at.
A not sensible purchase ... that's why the DDM4®V7 has spiked my Bio Polar brain.

That should do well.

Years ago I put together an upper with a 16" DD LW profile barrel and BCG, with an ALG rail. It shot exceptionally well for a chrome lined barrel. At the time I had quite a bit of the Hornady 68 BTHP, and the setup would hold sub MOA out to 500 yards.
