What follows are a series of courses that my company, SAC Tactical will be conducting in the northwest Montana area (typically in or near Kalispell). We have added several Firearms Seminars that are designed to help newer shooters with basic issues, typically gun cleaning, operational safety rules, and dry fire manipulations. These seminars will help newer shooters get ready for an actual live fire class.

2. April 6, 2024

Essential Lowlight Handgun Skills. This class is designed to teach shooters how to use handheld lights in conjunction with their defensive firearm in real lowlight conditions. It is getting more and more difficult to find ranges where this sort of training can be done. Don't miss this opportunity!

Firearms Seminar

4. May 4 & 5, 2024

Handgun Skills & Movement. This is SAC Tactical's signature class. This is an intermediate to advanced level course that pushes the limits of experienced shooters using their defensive handguns and introduces the elements of tactical movement in structures. Part of the class will involve the use of "Training For Engagement" paint marking weapons. This is a high round count class. I hope to see you there.

7. July 20, 2024

Force on Force Training This course has been in the works for several years. Things came together this year and we are offering it at a new venue near Kalispell MT. This course will be taught using Training for Engagement paint marking weapons and will help prepare the attendee to deal with the realities of defensive encounters on the street.

8. September 7, 2024[

Carbine Skills Enhancement This is a fun course that is designed to pick up at the student's current skill level and push them further in terms of technical skill development. There will be some handgun work involved, but the vast majority will be with typical patrol type carbines. Much of the course will be shot on steel targets (no "penetrator", steel tip, or armor piercing ammo allowed). This is a fast paced course and lots of fun.

Thank you for the kind words and endorsement. Coming from you that means a lot. I am in the same boat in that I need to cross paths with you at one of your classes. The retention position you taught at last year's Pat Rogers Memorial Revolver Roundup made a huge amount of sense to me.
