The FLGR on these would be fine if it was a one piece or tool less design. My TRPs factory 2 piece guide rod couldn’t make it through 50rd without starting to unscrew, and it was the first thing I changed.
I will say, instead of making this optic ready, I would have preferred to see non SA branded sights. Whatever they are currently producing doesn’t seem near as rugged as the Trijicon? Of older TRPs. My tritium rear sight had a vial come out within the first 500rd, and I replaced with a Wilson rear.
With regard to the 20LPI, I am a full time desk jockey and it doesn’t hurt my hands at all, even with the extremely grippy factory g10 as well. Edit—and I have the stainless version without any coating to tame the checkering down. With the cerakote, I think the 20LPI will be a little toned down.
