Not yet.
I believe this is what is happening. After the sear, sear spring, and sear pin are installed, you have to move the end of the sear spring to install the safety lever pin. When I move the sear spring to install the safety lever pin, it pops up but does not put any tension on the safety lever pin. I think the end of the spring is popping out of the way as the sear pin is fully installed but not where it needs to go.
Tear it all the way down.
Use a Glock tool to create a slave pin for the sear pin. Ensure the spring is engaged.
Use the Glock tool again as a slave pin for the safety lever pin. It’s perfect for this tricky part.
Leave that lower pin stuck out once you get it underneath the tip of the sear pin. It’ll aid installation of the takedown safety lever.
At this point, check the sear pin to ensure it’s fully engaged.
Install slide catch and spring. Ensure the spring is fully engaged.
Install trigger, trigger bar, trigger pin
Install takedown lever
Install takedown safety lever. You’ll be glad you left the safety lever pin sticking out.
Sear pin still flush? If it is, sink the safety lever pin home and trap it.
Gotta back that pin out just enough to get the striker block lever back in.
Once in, sink that lower pin back home. Check sear pin for flush fit.
