I'm 5'10" 165lbs. and I'm currently using CCC BMCs at 10:00. These are by far the most concealable mag carriers I've used. I previoulsy used Comp-Tac carriers but they print much more than the BMC. I also think the Raven carriers conceal well but they take up a lot of space on my belt compared to the BMC. The Kytex Gear carriers look good and are priced right but I've never personally used one.

Does the magazine come out of the pouch towards the rear of your body?

Worn around 8:00 - 9:00 (PM ) generally under a closed cover garment.

Here is my set up: custom IWB kydex mag pouch as seen on left in bottom picture next to modified Cane and Derby PIC holster.
White shirt worn as pure courtesy to the viewers, no one really wants to see that anyway.
    My stats: 5' 0", 125 lbs, 28" waist, 22" inseam.
I feel real bad for normal sized people who cant find the perfect spot for an LCP.....
In regards to the IWB mag pouch, I went to a local knife shop (they usually have kydex) and had them make a pouch to sit in the desired position. I provided the Comp-Tac belt clip

Taking a break from social media.

    yes

I also occasionally use a DeSantis "Magpacker" which is a pocket mag carrier.
Works really well in cargo shorts.
I've done a <7 sec. FAST with my Kahr PM9 both drawing and reloading from DeSantis pocket gear.
Another nice thing about the DeSantis Magpacker is I can also use it for my Cold Steel Recon folder.
It keeps the knife positioned in my pocket without exposing the clip. Great low profile way to carry a large folder.

Another user of the Fricke Horizontal Mag Pouch. I use them for Glock, 1911 and FNX9.

I carry in a Cane and Derby Pardus Low Profile Pistol Magazine Carrier OWB every day with the clips instead of loops. I used to use a Ready Tactical with the concealment clip and find the C&D conceals way better. I carry just behind my left hip, so I guess 08:00-08:30.

    ETA:
I'm 6'1", 180 lbs. and the above conceals with a polo or t-shit no problem.
