You get to shoot in some very cool locations. Great recovery from the mag puking rounds.
So how would a Russian citizen get into IPSC?
I think that is best addressed by asking IPSC Russia directly. I'm going to assume, it's not cheap though.

I think I got some video of her at the shootoff, and maybe one stage. But I know if you go to the results page at object.ru you can see video for almost every shooter in the match just by viewing results and clicking the video link beside their name
