Yes. I am fine with Judicial Review. But I would also ask for police policy requiring reprimands for use without a warrant.

The consequences of willful warrantless searches in contradiction to circuit court or SCOTUS rulings are often beyond administrative penalties. That said, the applicable rulings need to be there.
I think we should start making anyone entering LE to take an oath to defend the Constitution , that should fix everything.

They take an oath , it is called sarcasm but since you asked. It changes nothing as they put the pension far above the oath.
