SIG P228 in a kydex OWB holster and spare mag, either GD 124+P or HST 124. Usually I tend to swap my carry gun out based on whatever mood I'm in that day (I OC at work, changing a carry gun tends to spur conversation at least a little bit) but I haven't stopped carrying the 228 since I got it in June, with the exception of a couple times I carried the P239 IWB for those "NPE" situations.
I carry either a LCR (with xs front sight and crimson trace grips) loaded with wadcutters or a MP9c loaded with 124 grain +p gold dots. I am going to be sending out my MP 9FS to Bowie to get chopped down and stippled and that will become my 90% gun while the LCR will still be there for lower profile carry.
G17 or G19 AIWB in a Keeper, with a spare G17 mag in a Kytex pouch.
Kahr P9 in a Fricke or JMCK AIWB, when manner of dress doesn't permit a larger gun.
LCR in a High Noon Hideaway for gym shorts etc.
Typically one of my Gen 4 G19's but I've been carrying my Gen 4 G17 more often lately. And many days a primary and a bug.
I recently retired my mod 36 for a 9mm Shield, carried in my front pocket. I'm using a generic, cheap stiff leather pocket holster that works well enough.
DocGKR, have you given up on the manual safety in Glocks? I remember your cominoli / lauck setup.
Typically, 9mm Shield in Raven Phantom.
Occasionally, Glock 26 or 19.

1 spare 15rd magazine in a Wilderness horizontal Mag holder between 11-12:00
99% of the time I carry a speed strip loaded with ranger B 130gr+P
But have extra 15rd mags and strips and or HKS loaders if going out of town .
