Music for the Preparation of Exercising Assertiveness

I was putting together a playlist of any stirring MP3s I had that leant themselves to... let's say, increased focus and situational awareness (read: really loud and really aggressive music). I'm always in search of new bands and songs, so I figured I would post my list here. Anyone and everyone is welcome to contribute. This is music you would put on when getting ready to work out, head to the range, get on the mat, et cetera.

    Biting Elbows - Bad Motherfucker
Chevelle - Hats Off to the Bull
Chevelle - Take Out the Gunman
    Diet Kong - Kid System
    Disturbed - Indestructible
    DJ Pablo - One B-boy
DJ Snake & Lil Jon - Turn Down For What
The Dope - Die Motherfucker Die
    The Dope - Debonaire
Dropkick Murphys - I'm Shipping up to Boston
    Kid Rock - Bawitdaba
Lil Jon - Hey (feat 3OH!3)
    Linkin Park - Given Up
Linkin Park - I'Ll Be Gone
    Metallica - All Nightmare Long
Metallica - Enter Sandman (the S&M version is awesome)
    Metallica - Fuel
    Metallica - King Nothing
Mick Jagger - God Gave Me Everything
    Nickelback - Rockstar
Nine Inch Nails - The Hand That Feeds (Photek Straight Remix)
    Ozzy Osbourne - I Don't Wanna Stop
Pendulum - WitchCraft (Matt McGuire Remix)
Queens of the Stone Age - You Think I Ain't Worth a Dollar, But I Feel Like a Millionaire
    Tool - The Pot
The Used - Pretty Handsome Awkward
    Velvet Revolver - Slither
    Weezer - Hash Pipe

The entire first Hatebreed LP (Satisfaction is the death of desire) is the greatest weightlifting and/or beating-to-death music ever written. If you could record testosterone, it would sound like that album.
This is a thread where I built a boat I designed and which I very occasionally update with accounts of using it, which is really fun as long as I'm not driving over logs and blowing up the outboard.

Being 40, my tastes revolve around '80s punk/hardcore.

Septic Death is a good one. Pushead from Septic Death has done a lot of artwork for Metallica releases over the decades.

7 Seconds. From Reno, Nevada. The early '80s stuff is best.

Drunk Injuns. From San Jose, California. More '80s punk.

Circle Jerks. My favorite album is "Group Sex".

Husker Du. Anything off their SST albums.

Minor Threat. They only made one album.

Never go in against a Venetian when death is on the line.
In a sort of ghastly simplicity we remove the organ and demand the function. We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.” ― C.S. Lewis, The Abolition of Man
