    Hst 124+p or 147+p

I currently have been carrying GD 124+p but thinking of switching to federal hst.
I can get two boxes of 124+p or 147+p. So which do you guys think would be the better choice? I am thinking the 147 because I tend to shoot it better in cheap range ammo.
Carry guns are glock 26(edc)and 19 occasionally
    Thank you

124 +p between the two choices you listed. If you like the 147s, I think the current recommendation is to go with standard pressure, as they actually performed better than +p in that weight. If memory serves, anyway.

147gr has more metal to play with, and it has noticeably greater expansion over 124gr. 147gr is a superior performer as a whole whether it be standard pressure or +P.

Standard pressure 147 gr followed by the 124 gr +P; there are no advantages to the 147 gr +P.

Unless you like more recoil with little to no payoff - like .40 S&W shooters worldwide

Nothing wrong with that 124gr +P Gold Dot BTW.

I have all three and informal shooting into water jugs the 124+P has slightly more expansion and the 147+P has slightly more penetration.
I normally run 124+P but when it is not available I go with the 147gr. and feel confident that any of the above will perform well.

I understand their is little to no advantages of the +p in 147 but that is all that I am able to get at this time. So that's why I asked 147+p or 124+p. I plan on getting standard pressure 147 when available.
So if I plan to get standard 147 should I get the +p 147 for now?

This ammunition is not readily available at all times so I would go with the 147+P if you will be shooting the 147 when it becomes available.
