Until the health inspector shows up and shuts them down for not having a restaurant inspection or city business license.

Historically, things always tend to be bad... we just tend to forget that during any of the rare good periods.

But I am told Breaking Bad did swimmingly at the Emmys last night, Young Jeezy was arrested after some shooting, and someone shot Suge Knight last week...Those are clearly more important things to deal with as a society.

There's always turmoil in the world. I think it's a bit of a stretch to imply world war 3, the sky is falling, ect.

I think there's a lot more going on in the world at any given time than you're giving credit to.

Everybody is always predicting disaster, yes. But sometimes they're right. I think the whole IS thing is largely overblown; Mr. & Mrs. Middle America generally don't care if the wogs kill each other in boxcar lots, so long as they do it over there someplace and don't disrupt gas prices too much. I am keeping a weather eye on the situation in eastern Ukraine, though, as that plate appears to be wobbling on its stick and could fly off with more force than anybody is really expecting.
