Thread: Button On/Off Magazine Pouch

    Button On/Off Magazine Pouch

I'd like a button on/off mag (G19 single mag) pouch rather than one that threads on the belt. It's hard to tell, but the JM and BladeTech appear to be belt threaded. Does such an animal exist in quality form?

Raven makes a mag pouch that can use soft loops. I'm not a giant fan - they're big, and I think that ideally the loops should button up from below instead of up over the top of the belt, if that makes sense - but they work well. Is that what you're looking for?

TR, that does look pretty big.

xman, I was looking for kydex - cheaper - but that'll work if I can't find the ideal.

    Thanks.

I have several from Matt DelFatti. They're worth every penny I paid for them.

It's not a button, but the Comp-Tac singles will slide on and off of a belt.

If leather will work, DeSantis FTU pouch has a snap. Pretty sure Sparks makes ones with snaps also.

I have sparks ones from '97 that are still my best 1911 pouches.

They can be had for cheaper if you look around, assuming you decide to go with them.
