    I was lucky. Only took 3 years to work mine (not a deadly force case, different 4th Am. issue) up to the SCOTUS and get thrown out. I feel for the guys on the hook for 2 or 3 times that.

    I remember when the shooting was in the news. I got a call from my sister who had read the articles mentioning Gunsite and asked me about it. I knew Erick when I worked there and he was always a level headed and thoughtful guy. Totally different person from the guy described in the articles. I hope everything works out the right way for him. An unavoidable tragedy (at least from Erick's side) but a tragedy nonetheless.

    In front of my mother, yes.

    If Trump succeeds on "breaking up the Ninth Circus", I'll forgive him almost everything.
