Is it just me, or does John Doe #4 come of as seriously sketchy? I would be completely unsurprised to learn that JD#4 is well known to local law enforcement in Sonoma Co.

Family is just looking for deep pockets which is why they're mentioning Gunsite. I empathize with Eric as this will take a toll on him and his family as Lopez family is obviously grasping at straws.

Surviving a UoF event is more than the actual event...even when you are cleared by the criminal investigation, torts can take their toll on everybody involved. Having said that, I don't think the family will get one penny. Hopefully his boss will not settle this and stick it through to the end.
