Exactly, I don't open bottles with people I don't like. It's fun to drink with people you care for and solve the world's problems over the good stuff. I don't think it happens enough.

Honestly we've just not gotten to them. One bottle was acquired at a distillery on a trip to KY and the others are there for the next time folks come over and want to try something new.

Snagged a bottle of Elmer T Lee in new Hampshire for $22. Locally it's 80$ ish, I'm glad I paid 22$ for it.

I know we have a few D/FW based sippers here, what are some good stores for store picks? I went to a place called Good Goody and grabbed their Maker's PS, Woodford DO, Knob Creek bourbon & rye and Old Forrester Single Barrel store picks.

Any other places to hit? I don't chase unicorns and don't plan on buying things I can get back in FL, so just chains that have solid store picks.

Any place a "must hit"? How about a good rum selection? I'm based in Rockwall right now, for a reference.
