During Glock Armorer training Joel Hodges pulled out a G18 during a break. We all oogled over it. He said if we knew of a range nearby and supplied the ammo we could go shoot it. Alas, I wasn't from around there and no one else knew of a range nearby. That is probably the closest I'll ever come to shooting one. Thanks for posting the videos...I'm envious.
On the subject of the G18, I saw some pretty awesome control executed by a LEO at the recent Rogers class. When he and I were squadded together and working failure drills (2 COM, 1 head) at 7 yards, he was reliably putting two full auto COM shots right where they needed to go, getting off the trigger and firing one and only one accurate shot to the center of the head. I was very impressed with his control.

Sounds like he knows the way to Carnegie Hall.

I had an ER nurse in a class. I noticed she kept taking all head shots. Her response when asked why, "'I've seen too many people who have been shot in the chest putting up a fight in the ER." Point taken.
And there is also GJM picking one up for the first time:
My favorite part is his giggle at the end.
