    personally I think anything that improves hand / eye coordination's will help. just don't practice bad habits.

    I treat it like I do .22 practice.
    Smaller targets, no multiple shots on individual targets, hard focus on non-shooting skills like box to box movement and transitions.

    My friend Adam made the targets (Spyderman2k4), I set up little stages, target stand barricades, all kinds of fun stuff. I also have reduced scale IPSC targets from http://c-mtargets.com/ I use dry or with the SIRT and those shooting boxes Theres TONS of stuff you can do with just a little space.
