    Some folks tried to register after the 4-Jan deadline.
    Some of those late registrations were accepted, some were not (unclear as to why).

    Now, they are going after the folks who tried to register late but were denied..
    Get rid of those weapons or go to jail.

    That is the upside, here. Registration leading directly to confiscation and threats to make a bunch of otherwise law-abiding people felons. This is the result of "reasonable" gun control. The veil is off.

    Maybe for other states. CT seems to be largely a lost cause. I think that to a great many CT residents, confiscation and felony status for gun owners are welcome developments.

    CT State Police Spokesman Lt. Vance says that state police would comply with an order from the state to conduct door to door gun confiscations.
