    I agree, and to clarify I have never used one of the Burris PEPR mounts. I have only heard other guys I shoot with suggest them as a decent low cost alternative. Probably shouldn't have even brought it up in this thread.

    The only QD scope mount I would recommend for the OP's application is a Bobro, or a fixed KAC mount or set of quality precision rings.

    What kind of rings would you look into?
    I'm sorry if some of these questions seem ignorant but anything hands on I have is based on low end stuff my friends have and red dot mounts.
    I do have a Larue LT104 for a trijicon tr24 that doesn't hold zero, but I attribute that to being accidentally run over by an ATV...

    Badger steel rings are hard to beat. But just make sure you can mount both rings on your receiver...
