They did a little switcheroo on the scope at the beginning and the end; wonder why.

I've listened to Dan for a couple of years now. He makes it difficult to listen to any other history-related podcast, and I say that while holding a Bachelor's in American History. If you haven't...
Thanks for the suggestions. POI was right on this time, whew.
Does the front sight on your P-01 look significantly shorter than the rear? I ask because I had a POA/POI issue with the P-09 (the related thread is in here somewhere) and ended up selling it when CZ...

Well it made perfect sense to me, since the CZ guy was suggesting that I needed a shorter front sight... I assumed that's what you were talking about
So I just pulled the CZ replacement front sight out of the bag to install it... Turns out they sent the plastic front sight with a plain white dot and no set screw from the old version of the P-07....

I'm using Freedom Munitions 115 gr which is all I have at the moment. I hadn't considered the ammo...
I recently purchased a CZ P-09. When I finally managed to get to the range, I discovered that the rounds were impacting the target about 3 inches high for me at ten yards.

Phil's t-shirt woes aside, I'm somewhat miffed at the way this week's show ended.
Jake leaves, so they're down a guy. They bring Mike back. I understand the need to have someone take Jake's...
I'll be heading down to Ellijay on Sunday, and I had a thought last night which I thought merited some consideration.
The other weekend I was running some FAST drills and noticed a marked...
This is going to get expensive.
I've always hated shaving and so avoided it whenever possible, but after reading this thread and watching some Youtube vids I decided to get a Merkur 34C and DR...
Looks like that's what they're asking:

My girlfriend's Marlin .22 had an unusual malfunction today that I thought I'd share. It took a pair of pliers to remove, and obviously due to the position of the spent shell I was very careful not...
Being stuck out in the middle of deep water, especially when I can't see the bottom.
Also, monkeys.
Mine have been good so far.
Green front/yellow rear, and the result is that the front sight shows up nicely and the rear is subdued. A little too subdued, actually.
I'm very careful not to...
