Thanks for the information. Very interesting.
On the FBI website there is a story about the HRT celebrating it's 30th year this year. There is a video titled "Three Decades of Service" in that video at about the 3:54 mark it show an operator...
Thanks. It didn't look like they offer one for the USP45c, but I've sent them an email just to verify. I may have to check them out for my 1911 and BHP.
I currently have Milt Sparks VM2 holsters for each of these guns but at times carrying IWB becomes uncomfortable. I had a Raven Phantom for my HK P-30, which was recently sold, and I really liked it....
Thanks TC, this is what I was hoping for. I wasn't aware Weaver had a physical handicap.
Glocks... Still doesn't make me want to go out and buy one.
What's with the hate for the Weaver Stance? I was taught the Weaver back in the early 1980's when I was LEO. I've tried Isosceles and have had some good luck with it, but for me -being cross-eye...
This has been fixed with a recent update.
I don't have any more photos at the moment, sorry.
1. The magazines are 13rd.
2. I did shoot a club IPSC match back in 2000 once. It has been purely a defensive gun.
3. It is *a lot* more...
Thanks.
The gun has the Novak "Special Ops" package. When it was originally done, the sights were the Novak bar-dot night sights. Over the years, the tritium died and I had the front sight...
I woke up this morning with a very strong feeling that I needed to shoot my Browning Hi-Power more. I guess it's feeling neglected. It has been my primary handgun since 1991.
...
I can't get my phone app to properly sync. I've submitted a support ticket. Corrected and deleted shot log data from the web application are not showing in the phone app after a sync.
The first thing I shot this morning was the dot torture from 3 yards... I have a lot of work to do. :o
23 misses. Surprisingly my best was SHO (no misses) and WHO (1 miss). Dots 6 & 7 ( 9 misses)...
I like the steel plate "this is basically the 226 in forty and in nine..." Like any other gun in that caliber wouldn't have done the same thing.
I could have sworn this thread was closed earlier this morning.
Check your settings, About Phone - it will be near the bottom.
I can't say I'm surprised. I see both sides of the argument. My guess is they will get "leaked" at a later date. Those that don't want to believe it will just say the photos have been "photoshoped"...
Hadn't tried the quick, but that works also. Android version 2.2.2 Verizon wireless
John,
I'm not having those problems with my Motorola Droid. I was able to enter a shot log, add a new firearm and sync with no problems. I was also able to access my dry fire log.
OK, I shot my first FAST test today... Don't laugh! P30 in a Comp-Tac paddle holster un-tucked t-shirt.
19.45 seconds (4 misses): 4.63/1.85/4.98/.63/.73/.60
I missed both 3X5 shots - 1st 2.5"...
Using a diagnostic target I found on the web, I did two tests today with my P30. Both tests consisted of 10 rounds from the ready position. I would push out, fire one shot then go back to ready....
I have also been a big fan of the Milt Sparks VMII. I have one for my Browning Hi-Power and HK USP45C. The long wait times have become an issue for me now. I have a High Noon Hideaway for my HK...
Glad to hear about the upcoming release of the mobile apps. I've found the program to be very helpful. I'm a paid subscriber!
Hi Stephen,
Thanks for the review. I'm a long time fan of the Browning Hi-Power and have enjoyed your site and books. I am currently using a HK P30, but the FNX9 may be something I'd like to look...
I manage the parking at the local university.
