Holster for a Sig P238

I have had a Sig P238 for some time, and have been wanting a holster for it so it can be somewhat useful. I actually really enjoy shooting it, and even though it isn't the most practical carry gun in the days of the glock 43x, sig 365, etc., I still like it and could see it being a compromise between my 226 and an LCR for carry.

I have been struggling to find a quality kydex appendix holster for it. Two other additions just to make it even more difficult, I am a lefty and it has a threaded barrel. Is there someone making a quality appendix holster for the Sig 238? Any direction would be much appreciated!
