Back when I was in my late 40s I was seeing an orthopedic surgeon for some shoulder trouble. I've known this guy since I was a teenager, he helped train me back in my EMT days. As he was doing his thing he asked me what did I think the biggest problem that he saw in his office was.
I'm thinking broken hips or maybe golfers elbow.
Nope he said the biggest problem I see is people's brains quit aging when they're 25. I was a little slow that day. It took me a couple of minutes to understand what he was saying. But I thoroughly agree with him
