Help Me Understand This Footprint Chart from DW

So, this chart details the various plate options from DW for their Optics Ready Specialist.

If I’m reading this correctly, then Plate 2 is compatible with both the DeltaPoint Pro and RMSc footprint. That would mean that the same plate could be used for the Rome 2, Romeo X Pro, and Romeo X Compact sights, right?
